    In the spirit of the fairy tale of Aladdin and the magic lamp, we've designed our recruiting process as Three Wishes of the Genie. Welcome to the Genie Recruiting Process, a three-step process that introduces you to the work environment at Genie Enterprise.

  • First Wish of Genie - The Introduction

    In the first wish, we introduce Genie to you, the applicant, and we expect a formal introduction of you.
    This introduction session is followed by a short technical discussion on your skill set. We end this with follow-up questions from your side.

  • Second Wish of Genie - The Test

    In the Second Wish, you will be given a task to solve in a specific predetermined time.
    And yes, the Genie likes challenging tasks.

  • Third Wish of Genie - The Presentation

    In the Third Wish you should be able to present, demonstrate and explain your solution.

  • The Decision

    After you have presented us your solution, we will discuss and inform you about the final decision.
