Erstes PINOT-Konsortialtreffen war ein großer Erfolg


Nachdem die Infektionsraten in Deutschland gesunken sind und die Impfungen an Fahrt aufgenommen haben, konnten sich die Mitglieder des PINOT*-Forschungsprojekts endlich wieder persönlich treffen. Als Veranstaltungsort für das erste offizielle Konsortialtreffen wurde der Weincampus in Neustadt an der Weinstraße ausgewählt.

As global AI innovators with a research and development department deeply rooted in Germany’s wine country, Genie Enterprise Inc. was one of the driving forces to initiate one of the country’s most ambitious research projects in digital transformation of the wine industry.

Modern technologies are finding their way more and more into the wine industry. However, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) is still in its infancy in wine. Genie Enterprise and Vinou are now taking the first step together to use AI in the marketing of wine.

We are excited to share a recent big milestone for our Genie Enterprise. Our CEO Regina Kessler and CTO Thomas Kessler were recently interviewed for a full length feature article in Chemanager, a leading German media and digital information hub for managers in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Our research partner Kunststoffinstitut Lüdenscheid organizes an annual conference on plastics and testing. The conference will take place both on site in Lüdenscheid and virtual via livestream on 24. - 25.11.2020.

We've started working on our new product "Genie Requirements Analyser". The project is supported by the EU / EFRE and Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) during the feasibility study phase.

Genie Enterprise Inc. is not only using AI to make things more efficient and productive, we also deeply care about the future of our planet and use our technology to make things more ecologically sustainable in a smart way. From the beginning we were cooperating with companies and academic institutions with similar goals, but recently we committed even more and took it to the next level by joining Ecoliance.

Genie Enterprise joined one of the federally funded German tech innovation program called the ZIM network. KI-MAP is part of the ZIM system and focuses on the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the fields of plants, machines and production.

Besides providing state of the art custom solutions and services for its clients, Genie Enterprise also develops its own software products. WineGenie has been the focus of the development team for a long time to showcase the application of AI in wine, which is unarguably one of the most complex fields when it comes to digitizing human perception since it is highly individual snd involves all human senses.

We will be showing some our latest developments at "Young Tech Enterprises" at the Hannover Messe 2019 from 04/01/19 - 04/05/19. This section the fair scopes young startups and offers the opportunity to find network partners, customers and investors. The "Ministrium für Wirtschaft, Verkehr, Landwirtschaft und Weinbau Rheinland-Pfalz" has selected our startup to be one of the exhibitors representing Rheinland-Pfalz.
