Genie Enterprise joins German ZIM research network "KI-MAP"

Genie Enterprise joined one of the federally funded German tech innovation program called the ZIM network. KI-MAP is part of the ZIM system and focuses on the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the fields of plants, machines and production. KI-MAP consists of members like well-known German research institutes, providers and user of AI in industrial applications.

The German government supports innovation with the ZIM program. “ZIM” stands for “Zentrales Innovationsprogramm Mittelstand”, which means “Central Innovation Programme for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)”. It is a funding programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy that aims to foster the innovative capacity of SMEs. It launches several thousand new projects every year all around Germany, making it the country’s largest innovation programme for SMEs.

Genie Enterprise has decided to join one of the ZIM network KI-MAP which focuses on the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the fields of plants, machines and production. KI-MAP consists of members like well-known German research institutes, providers and user of AI in industrial applications.

We will take part in joint research activities with other members of the ZIM network KI-MAP. We will also start several own research projects. We will post about our research and projects here soon.
